Conference venue
The meeting will take place at the Natcher Conference Center (NIH Building 45) on the main campus of the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland, USA from Nov. 7th – 9th, 2022.
Going through Security at NIH
Arrive at NIH Gateway Security (see maps on page 3& 4). Provide ID (US driver’s license, passport). No alcohol, firearms etc… Information to provide: “Natcher Conference Center, Bldg 45, Criticality Conference”.

Walk out exit towards “Building 45 – Natcher Conference Center”, it is a very short walk (see maps below).
Power strips and zoom
Conference tables have power strips available for charging throughout the conference.
A still camera will provide an overview of the conference room from the front left throughout the conference for online participants. In addition, a moving camera will capture the participants asking questions. Guest NIH internet will be available to connect over zoom and experience as well the virtual side of the hybrid conference. We will have 2 floor mics available for questions from the in-person audience. Please mute your mics unless prompted otherwise to avoid feedback interferences.
